Hosting and technical access data

This preview is provided through ChatGPT Sites (OpenAI) and Cloudflare infrastructure. Delivering and protecting the site involves processing IP addresses, access time, requested URLs, browser and device information, and technical security information. The purpose is to provide a stable website, prevent abuse and resolve technical failures (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This preview does not maintain its own visitor, contact or booking database.

Hosting and security providers process technical data for delivery, protection and legally required purposes under their retention rules. We do not promise a fixed deletion period for provider logs that we cannot directly control. Details about processing locations, retention and safeguards for transfers outside the EEA are available in the OpenAI privacy policy and Cloudflare privacy policy. International processing must meet the requirements of Articles 44 et seq. GDPR.

Cookies, browser storage and fonts

The preview’s application code does not use advertising or analytics trackers and does not store a visitor profile in localStorage or sessionStorage. Fonts, images and scripts are delivered from this website.

The hosting and security layer may use necessary Cloudflare cookies to detect bots and remember completed security checks, including __cf_bm and cf_clearance. These serve protection rather than advertising. Cloudflare describes __cf_bm as expiring after 30 minutes of inactivity; the validity of cf_clearance depends on the configured security check and the expiry provided to your browser. Further information: Cloudflare cookies. Strictly necessary storage or access for the service requested by the visitor is assessed under § 25(2) TDDDG.

External links

Instagram, image-source credits and other external offers are ordinary links. Their providers are contacted when you open those links. This preview does not automatically load an Instagram widget or video player. The external providers’ privacy information applies on their sites.

Email contact

If you email LordsonSystems, your message and contact details are processed to reply and, where relevant, prepare a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); other enquiries are handled on the basis of the legitimate interest in responding (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The business mailbox uses iCloud Mail (Apple). Messages are retained for the enquiry and necessary follow-up, subject to legal retention requirements. Contacting this preview does not subscribe you to marketing or send a booking request to BeeCaptured.

Your rights

Subject to the applicable conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability and object to processing based on legitimate interests (Articles 15–21 GDPR). Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw it for the future. Contact the controller above. You may complain to a supervisory authority, including the North Rhine-Westphalia Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information, Germany. There is no automated decision with legal or similarly significant effects or profiling by the preview’s code.
